Gini has been an enthusiastic real estate professional for over 9 years. She has a passion for providing her clients with true customer service. Gini’s magnetic personality and hard work brought her success immediately. She has won numerous Prudential awards including Rookie of the Year, Most Inspirational, and Outstanding Service. She began in real estate with her husband Larry, but has since recruited her daughter-in-law Sarah, her daughter Jayme, her son Larry into the business to create The Johnson Team – your full service family real estate team.

Gini learned to be a salesperson by selling yellow page advertising, antiques, and Princess House crystal.  Her most challenging career was owning her own coffee house! After selling her coffee house, she started staging homes that were for sale with her extensive antique collection.  This is when she discovered Real Estate!  Real Estate is a relationship business and she treats all of her clients like family.  She puts her clients first and strive to make all their Real Estate dreams come true.

Gini is also an Accredited Staging Professional.  She has had her own staging business for over 11 years.  She stages homes to reflect a fun personality and to give the home character.  She loves doing an Old World Charm, Art Deco, Modern or a Beach theme in her stagings. Her staging inventory reflects each style and no two stagings are ever the same.  She always uses fresh plants or flowers, music, fabulous art and fun treasures to give zip to the setting.

Gini’s passion in modern design came from her mother and her love of all things Modern! Her interest escalated while representing modern builders and designers in the West Seattle area such as Sean Bell, Brian Tittle, Tim Rhodes and Dan Russell. She discovered she had a knack for representing ultra hip designers who use “green” building techniques.
